  • Delivery time: as we receive your package at iGreenLink warehouse before every Thursday, the estimated time of delivery will be within 14 business days.
  • Discount rate(s) for VIP customers will be 10% OFF for package(s) that has a total weight of 50 pounds (Lb) per shipment. 
  • The standard rates are not included surcharge tax (5%) applied for high-value items if any.
  • Optional insurance (3%): an option for senders who ship high-value goods greater than $500 each
  • Local transportation fees ($0.5~$1.0/lb) from Saigon to other cities in Vietnam.
  • Minimum charge will be $25/parcel (from Toronto to addresses in Saigon)
